This policy details Dazzytee’s fulfillment process, expected delivery timelines, and the procedure for resolving any issues related to shipments of our small, high-quality wooden goods.
All prices and fees are settled in USD. Where applicable, all taxes, duties, brokerage, and customs processing charges are settled at checkout, ensuring recipients are not charged anything upon arrival (DDP where available).
Every handcrafted wooden item is secured using cushioning materials, durable custom boxes, and protective wrapping to ensure reliable transit. Given the mechanical nature of the puzzles, Dazzytee’s packaging specifically aims to prevent the internal components or delicate joints from shifting or separating during transport. Larger or multi-item orders may be bundled for optimal stability. The full amount shown at checkout includes the final cost of shipping, handling, taxes, and duties—no additional payment is required on delivery.

Dazzytee cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or certain remote international territories. A standard, verifiable street address is always required.
Dazzytee’s primary partners for global parcel networks are UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. USPS is utilized for specific small parcels within the U.S.

Dazzytee’s handcrafted puzzles are packed individually or in small clusters. The robust, reinforced packaging is designed specifically to stabilize the pieces and protect the delicate finishes and mechanical integrity of the components. Dazzytee covers a portion of the total shipping expenditure, and the final total due is presented transparently at checkout.
International Duties and Customs:
For deliveries to the UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA, Dazzytee utilizes DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. Import VAT/GST, all duties, brokerage fees, and customs processing charges are fully prepaid and included in the checkout total in USD. Do not make any payments to the delivery driver. If any individual requests payment upon delivery, please contact Dazzytee immediately.
Most items progress to final quality checks and specialized packing within one to two business days.
Please examine your shipment upon arrival. If an item is damaged (especially delicate logic mechanisms or wooden details), notify the Dazzytee team promptly with your order number, clear photographs, or a brief video showing the outer carton, internal packaging, and the affected item.
If tracking shows no progress for an extended period, or delivery has not occurred within the stated timeframe from the ship date, please contact Dazzytee. Once the carrier confirms the item is lost, Dazzytee will dispatch a replacement at no cost or issue a full USD refund.
Orders that have not yet entered the packing stage or shipped can be canceled—please reach out to Dazzytee as soon as possible. Once the consignment is handed off to the parcel carrier, cancellation is no longer available. Post-delivery, please refer to Dazzytee’s Return & Refund Policy.
